As we close out another year, we’re reflecting on the highlights of 2024 - a year filled with growth, innovation, and connection. Alongside our regular schedule of online training courses across the syllabus, here are some of the standout moments that made this year unforgettable:
January: Expanding to Brazil
2024 began with a major milestone: launching Rambert Grades in Brazil. Our first in-person Level 1 course in São Paulo was hugely popular, attracting teachers from across the country. Following this success, we are excited to welcome a new cohort in January 2025, along with the addition of Level 2 training. Learn more here.
February: Sharing Inspiring Journeys
In February, we featured the inspiring journey of Trained Teacher Kate Stanforth. With her background as a choreographer, teacher, and disability activist, Kate brought Rambert Grades into her unique online school, demonstrating the syllabus's accessibility and impact. Watch here.
March: Engaging Early Years Practitioners
March saw us connecting with UK-based early years practitioners at London’s Childcare & Education Expo. Across two days, we showcased our Creative Dance for Early Years syllabus and led workshops on embedding dance and movement into daily life in early years settings.
April: Victorian Dance Festival and Royal Academy of Dance
In April, we returned to Melbourne, Australia, for the second year running at Victorian Dance Festival. Member Holly Pooley represented Rambert Grades, leading workshops for Australian dance teachers.
Additionally, at the RAD Members’ Day in the UK, we hosted an introductory workshop and Q&A, celebrating our collaboration with the Royal Academy of Dance.
May: Hello, T-Shirts!
May marked the introduction of our first-ever merchandise. Teachers worldwide now proudly wear their Rambert Grades branded t-shirts, a visible symbol of their connection to our growing community.

In June, we welcomed Glenn Graham, Resident Artist and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Access Representative at New Adventures, for an online contemporary class. Members engaged in two dynamic sessions, offered free as an exclusive membership perk.
July: Dance and Sport for London’s Young People
We returned to the London Youth Games Dance Final in July, celebrating the intersection of dance and sport. Secondary school competitors showcased their talent, and participants experienced workshops alongside performances by Rambert School students.

Looking Ahead to 2025
Next year promises new developments, including the introduction of Performance Strand solo pathways for Grades 1–5, which will be announced in January.
