VDF is a celebration of dance, bringing together choreographers, dance educators and creatives from across the world to Melbourne to inspire and empower the next generation of dancers. The festival offers a range of classes for all ages and a dedicated day for dance teachers and studio owners.
Rambert Grades are delighted to be attending the whole event, including Vitality Teacher Day, the Dance Market and hosting workshops.
Our offering for teachers
On 14th April, VDF’s Vitality Teacher Day is set in the new Victoria Pavilion at the Melbourne Showgrounds. We are joining leading experts in dance education, health and business for a day dedicated to inspiration, celebration and empowerment.
As a special offering, teachers are invited to participate in a Rambert Grades workshop to explore the syllabus offering.
We are delighted to have Holly Pooley leading this session.
A class for ages 3-7:
An exclusive peek of our new syllabus
A highlight of VDF is their unique Mini Movers series, which offers children aged 3-7 the opportunity to experience three classes: Baby Ballet, Acrodance from Acrobatic Arts and Creative Movers from Rambert Grades.
On Saturday 15th April from 12pm-1pm, Rambert Grades will be offering a Creative Movers session for this age group, which is an exclusive first look at our brand new syllabus offering for ages 3+. We are excited to be joined by Caroline Bowditch to lead this class. Caroline was an artistic contributor to this new syllabus, and recently hosted our workshop on Delivering Accessible Classes.
We invite all dance teachers who would like to experience the new syllabus to come along to view this class.

Prices start from $20 for all three Mini Movers sessions. Full weekend passes for students and teachers are available.
